Аннотация: В статье предпринимается попытка проанализировать взаимодействие локальных групп жречества с режимом Птолемеев в III в. до н.э. Большинство современных моделей, описывающих взаимодействие власти и жречества, рассматривают жречество как единую корпорацию. В работе было выделено несколько локальных групп жреческой элиты: жречество Мемфиса, жречество Фиваиды и жречество Дельты. Каждая из этих групп старалась получить расположение власти и обеспечить себе особый статус в царстве Птолемеев. В правление первых двух Птолемеев наиболее значимое положение заняло жречество Дельты, с которым власть взаимодействует особенно активно. При Птолемее III намечаются изменения: роль жречества Дельты уменьшается, в то время как жреческие элиты Мемфиса и Фив становятся более значимы для власти. К концу III в. до н.э. позиции мемфисского жречества стали особенно крепкими, тогда как фиванское жречество, утратив влияние, инициировало восстание. Провал этого восстания окончательно обозначает ключевое значение жречества Мемфиса для царской власти.
